ESG Strategy Implementation

BETS Energy works with multifamily property developers, owners, and managers to develop comprehensive Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) strategies that focus on reducing the carbon footprint at each of their assets. Properties commit to procure “green” energy from renewable energy sources while also protecting their properties from increasing energy costs. With the assistance of a national solar developer partner of BETS, the properties are evaluated for the addition of rooftop and car port solar (PV) arrays, capable of generating on-site renewable energy and reducing their reliance on the local utility grid. The generation of electricity from renewable energy sources further reduces the property’s carbon emissions footprint and improves their ESG scorecard.
